Priced by how many meters you have, in bands. Not per meter, not per bill, and not a percentage of what we find.
Your most recent bill, checked. Enough to see your meter count, your spend, and whether we're worth paying for.
Twelve months of back history, then every new bill audited as it arrives.

At this scale there's usually more to discuss than meter count alone.
You don't pick it. When you connect your utility account we count the meters actually on it, and that count determines your band. There is no plan selector to get wrong, and no way to under-declare and be corrected later with a bill you weren't expecting.
You see your band and its price before you enter any payment details — on your dashboard, after the free audit.
Portfolios move. Sites open, sites close. We check monthly whether your meter count still matches your band.
We never move you to a more expensive plan automatically. If your meter count outgrows your band, we email you and you decide. A subscription price that rises on its own — even correctly — is not something we're willing to do to a customer.
It works the other way too. If your portfolio shrinks and you're paying for more than you use, the same check catches it, and we'll tell you.
| Bill history | Twelve months pulled on subscribing, then every new bill automatically |
| Fuels | Electric and gas both — we don't charge separately or drop one to cut costs |
| Checks | Every audit rule, on every bill. There is no tier that gets fewer checks |
| Findings | What we found, what it's worth, and the basis for it |
| Commission | None, ever — not on supply, not on recoveries, not on referrals |
No. Contingency pricing is common in this industry and we've chosen not to use it. Your subscription is our only revenue, which means we have no reason to inflate a finding or push a recovery that isn't worth pursuing.
Then your bills are clean, which is worth knowing. The free audit exists so you can get a sense of that before paying — and you can cancel any time from your dashboard.
Month to month. Cancel from your dashboard and it stops at the end of the period. Bills we've already pulled stay in your account.
No. When we flag supply priced above the utility's price to compare, we report the gap and stop there. Anyone who both finds you that gap and sells you the fix has a conflict we'd rather not have.
